Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of banicamp.com (the "Site") and any challenge, course, video or community feature you buy or access here (the "Services"). By creating an account or completing a purchase you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Who we are
The Services are provided by MMO FACELESS, an online education business operated from Vietnam. Paid orders are processed by our merchant of record — Polar Software Inc. or Lemon Squeezy, LLC, depending on the checkout used — which appears as the seller on your receipt and handles payment, sales tax/VAT and refunds under its own terms in addition to ours.
2. What you are buying
Each purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to access the specific challenge or course you bought, for the access period stated on its sales page (lifetime access unless stated otherwise). Access is tied to the email address used at checkout. You may not share your login, resell, redistribute or publicly post the videos, scripts, templates or written materials.
3. Educational content only — no income promises
Nothing on the Site is financial, legal or tax advice. YouTube, Google and any third-party platforms mentioned are not affiliated with us, and their rules take precedence over anything we teach.
4. Your account and conduct
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy.
- Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Do not upload content that infringes copyright, is unlawful, harassing or spam. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break the Community Guidelines.
- Do not attempt to copy, scrape, reverse-engineer or resell the Services.
5. Pricing, taxes and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and added by the merchant of record at checkout based on your location. Access is activated automatically once payment is confirmed. If activation fails, contact us with your order number and we will activate it manually within one business day.
6. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Some challenges include a deposit-refund mechanic (earning platform points back for completing tasks on time); that mechanic is described on the challenge page and is separate from a cash refund.
7. Intellectual property
All course materials, videos, scripts, templates, graphics and the Site itself are owned by MMO FACELESS or its licensors and are protected by copyright. Channels, videos and content you create using what you learn are yours.
8. Availability and changes
We may update, add to or retire lessons and features to keep the Services current. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. If we permanently discontinue a product you bought within 12 months of purchase, we will offer a proportional refund or equivalent replacement.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Services are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost revenue, lost data or channel terminations. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, fraud or chargeback abuse, without refund where the breach is serious.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without affecting mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country you live in. We will try to resolve any dispute informally first; contact us at support@ymm.vn.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes affecting paid products will be emailed to active customers.
